A smarter way to renovate facades
...with stone-like depth — built for the weather
A seamless surface of granite and acrylic resin — hand-troweled over code-compliant stucco with the strength of stone, the flex of resin, and a body that seals out weather. New construction over a conventional scratch-and-brown build, or over your existing sound stucco — nothing demolished, nothing repainted again. Quiet mineral depth in every grain, from rustic to smooth. Get your complete material kit and price in under 60 seconds.
Percentage savings hold across markets. Labor rates differ between South Florida, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, but the relative advantage stays consistent — and the patented granite + resin chemistry is what makes the over-tile install possible at all. Building new? The same system installs straight onto cured concrete and screeds — one material, wall to wall. Request a sample to feel the surface underfoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a stucco finish alternative?
Yes — a seamless, microcement-style facade finish. Granite + acrylic resin is hand-troweled over code-compliant stucco, replacing conventional textured finish coats and exterior paint in one system.
What goes underneath on new construction?
A code-compliant exterior cement stucco system up through the brown coat — by Sto or equivalent — over liquid waterproofing flashing and a water-resistive barrier per code. TERRAZZO GraniTech finishes it.
What if I have existing stucco?
Simple. We scratch off the old sealer, eliminate any cracks if present, then apply the Eco Grip Quartz primer — fiberglass mesh optionally — and the system goes on. No demolition, no tear-off; any smooth, stable surface that is not flexing.
How durable is it outdoors?
The granite-aggregate body with memory resin flexes with the wall — resisting the hairline cracking rigid cementitious finishes develop — and the sealed surface stands up to sun, wind and driven rain.
Will the color fade or need repainting?
The color lives in the mineral body, not on top of it — there’s no paint film to peel and no repainting cycle. Refresh the protective sealer years down the line instead of repainting the house.
Is it waterproof?
It’s a waterproof decorative finish — the sealed body sheds water. The wall itself stays waterproofed by its code-compliant barrier and flashing beneath the stucco.
What surfaces can it be applied to?
Cured stucco brown coat, existing sound stucco, concrete and masonry — any smooth, stable surface that is not flexing, properly prepared and primed.
