A smarter way to renovate floors
...without the tear-out
Traditional floor replacements carry hidden costs: demolition and tear-out, subfloor repair, leveling, waste hauling, permit delays, and days of dust with rooms out of service. Cement-based microcement floors can install over tile too, but introduce their own risks — shrinkage cracking, efflorescence, color shift during cure. TERRAZZO GraniTech avoids both paths.
Percentage savings hold across markets. Labor rates differ between South Florida, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, but the relative advantage stays consistent — and the patented granite + resin chemistry is what makes the over-tile install possible at all. Building new? The same system installs straight onto cured concrete and screeds — one material, wall to wall. Request a sample to feel the surface underfoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is TERRAZZO GraniTech a microcement alternative for floors?
Yes. It delivers the same seamless aesthetic with a granite-aggregate + acrylic resin matrix — more flexible than cement-based microcement floors, inherently water-resistant, and engineered for foot traffic.
Can it go over existing tile or flooring without demolition?
Yes. It’s applied in thin layers over properly prepared existing tile, stone or sound flooring — no demolition, no tear-out, no waste hauling. The floor you have becomes the base for the floor you want.
Can I use it in new construction?
Yes. In new construction or a full remodel it installs straight onto cured concrete, screeds or another code-compliant substrate — one material, wall to wall.
Is it durable enough for floors?
The granite-aggregate body with memory resin resists cracking and daily wear. Choose Standard protection for residential rooms, or Maximum for high-traffic and commercial spaces.
Is it slippery?
Interior floors finish in matte or satin rated for foot traffic. Exterior floors are always finished with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 matte topcoat.
What surfaces can it be applied to?
Existing tile, stone and cured concrete or screeds — properly prepared and primed.
